"Initially, I used to work for hospice, CNA nurse for hospice," Campbell told our producer while on a hidden camera. But the problem is that Jackie hasn't been a Certified Nurses Assistant since 1998. She also talked on hidden camera about how her Baby Nurses business is licensed by the county, but her Mecklenburg business license expired last year. Unlike daycare or school, there is no state agency checking up on nannies. It's all up to you. Lyndsey Petrelli runs "A Perfect Nanny," a nanny finder for families in the Charlotte area. "You really want to be sure the person is who they say they are, and who the agency says they are," she said.

Baby killer gets 22 months in jail
PETERBOROUGH — The babysitter who beat 21-month-old Jenna Mellor to death was sentenced today to 22 months in jail, and another 11 months of supervision in the community. "I'd like to say I'm sorry for the loss to the family," the babysitter, now 24, told court today. "... I want to thank my family and friends for love and support." The apology, which took about 20 seconds, came more than 10 years after Jenna was beaten dead on the night of Jan. 20-21, 1997. The babysitter cannot be identified because he was 14 years old at the time of the crime. It was the toughest sentence Justice J.A. Payne could hand out, since the killer wasn't an adult the night he burned, poked and hit Jenna. The toddler's mother, Brenda Waudby, was originally charged with the murder.

Husband: Evans was 'mistaken' on photos
Sara Evans' husband claimed in a Williamson County court filing Monday that the country singer told him she had been "mistaken" about the more than 100 photographs that she thought captured him nude or having sex with other women that were described in her initial divorce filing in October. In a response to Evans' Friday filing requesting a date for mediation and trial and the appointment of a mediator, Craig Schelske said that her allegations of adultery and pornography were false and that his multiple requests for proof of any of the allegations, as well as copies of the alleged photographs, have remained unanswered. .
